How does your service work?

You send us the work that needs completing in the most convenient way for your business, i.e., fax, email, post etc. The work will then be completed according to your requirements and deadline afterwhich it will be returned in the most appropriate method. Where necessary, work will be sent for approval prior to final presentation.

I would rather not send out my sensitive data, do you offer a collect & return service?

Yes we do, we are based in Sandhurst, Berkshire - Free delivery and collection is available within a 10 mile radius of our office. Outside of this area a small fee will be charged for the service.

Can we meet to discuss requirements?

Virtual Secretary completes most contracts without ever actually meeting the client. Having said that, it can often prove invaluable to meet with the client when commencing a large project in order to ensure a clear understanding of their business requirements.

As we can pick up any work from your premises and drop back to you, we can discuss your requirements at this time by prior arrangement.

Would we need to supply any office equipment?

No, thats one of the benefits of using our services. Our office is fully equipped with all technology needed to complete the work to the highest possible standard.
